What We Collect
We collect your Discord user ID, username, and avatar via OAuth2. We also collect lap telemetry data (lap times, sector splits, car name, track) and hardware identifiers (BIOS ID) for anti-cheat enforcement.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to display your profile, manage leaderboard positions, and enforce anti-cheat rules. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data Retention
Your account data and lap history are retained as long as your account is active. Upon request, we can delete your account and all associated data.
Hardware Identifiers
BIOS-level identifiers are collected solely to enforce IP and hardware bans in severe cheating cases (Layer 4 anti-cheat). These identifiers are hashed and are never shared.
Cookies & Sessions
We use a single HTTP-only session cookie ('veloxis_session') to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Third-Party Services
We use Discord's OAuth2 API for authentication. Your interaction with Discord is governed by Discord's own Privacy Policy.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us via our Discord server to make a request.
Policy Changes
We will notify users of significant privacy policy changes via the official Discord server. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.
