1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the VELOXIS Racing Hub software ('the App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Anti-Cheat & Fair Play
The App employs multi-layer anti-cheat mechanisms including hardware identifiers, UTC drift detection, shared-memory validation, and input analysis. Any attempt to circumvent these systems will result in immediate disqualification, trust score reduction, and potential permanent bans.
4. Data Collection
The App collects telemetry data, lap times, hardware identifiers (BIOS ID), and Discord profile information solely for the purpose of leaderboard management and anti-cheat enforcement. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or ban any account that violates these terms, engages in cheating, harassment, or any conduct deemed harmful to the community.
6. Limitation of Liability
VELOXIS Racing Hub is provided 'as-is'. We are not liable for any data loss, game crashes, or hardware issues that may arise from using the App.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
